very amiable and extremely friendly staff, always with a smile. comfortable beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a sitting area. good food for all meals.

Had a good time. Everything was good, absolutely perfect location next to the dam, the staff were helpful! Location: the hotel was really close to the mall, and the establishment. Also, it was about 15 minutes' drive to Royal Gardens. The room was nice styled and well-organised and had perfect views of the lake.

The location of the hotel was great and had a beautiful view of the surrounding area. Two complementary facts were offered which made my stay more comfortable. the staff were polite and asked for feedback during check-in. They provided clean and comfortable rooms, dedicated parking spaces per room, and an efficient air conditioning system.

the rooms were a bit stuffy and lacked proper ventilation.

The hotel's location being right next to a dam was a plus. the proximity to Nandoni Gardens was also a good aspect. the view of the sunset was beautiful. the rooms were not up to par: the basin was too small and the bathroom was cramped. the lack of cleanliness of the sheets, towels, and room in general was off-putting. the lack of a proper check-in process and security bars was also concerning. the lack of a restaurant or bar and the high price for breakfast was not accommodating for families traveling.

The lack of basic room amenities such as a fridge or plates was disappointing.

The hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, right next to a beautiful dam, providing a nice view from the breakfast area. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
